Nancy has her master’s degree in professional development and her bachelor’s degree in social science interdisciplinary with a knack for research that she uses to explore grant opportunities for clients. As Project Analyst III, Nancy maintains OVID’s grant database with hundreds of grant opportunities, organized by project type, to help facilitate competitive grant applications for our team and clients. Additionally, she maintains a database of Local Mitigation Strategy committees throughout Florida to help our clients be proactive and facilitate regular communication with the local community, opening the door to critical hazard mitigation funding. Nancy also spearheads the implementation of professional development for the OVID team. Nancy lives in Crawfordville with her husband and their miniature dachshund, Eggburt Homer.
