Taryn Parazo-Morrow

Taryn earned her bachelor’s degrees in English Writing & Rhetoric and Psychology at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, and loves to tell the technical story of our clients to help them win grants. As a Senior Project Manager, Taryn develops strategies, conducts extensive research, and identifies potential grants that align with client goals and objectives. She assists organizations in managing the grant proposal and application process to ensure that client submissions are highly competitive, meet all funding source requirements, and effectively communicate all project goals and objectives. Taryn has an expansive background in program auditing and template development, having created and implemented multiple program-specific templates and monitoring tools for the Texas Workforce Commission Subrecipient Monitoring Unit, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant Administration Section, and the Office of the General Counsel, and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) Contracts and Grants Administration Unit. She has served as a grant panel reviewer for the U.S. Department of Labor since 2011. Taryn lives in Texas with her husband, two spoiled dogs, and one grumpy cat and enjoys Pilates, learning Korean, traveling, and reading in her free time.
