Her reputation as a proven community leader is built on over two decades of public sector experience, where she successfully integrated award-winning economic development with landmark land conservation and historic preservation to earn national acclaim for Fernandina Beach. When she’s not shaping communities, Kelly’s life in Fernandina Beach is joyfully orchestrated by her husband, three children, and a trio of huskies who are never shy about sharing their opinions. She channels that same energy into her role as Vice President for her kids’ competitive swim team, the Stingrays.
