Kristin earned her bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Sociology from Florida State University and brings two decades of experience spanning the nonprofit, government, and private sectors. As a Senior Grant Strategist, she supports clients in shaping fundable projects and developing competitive grant proposals that align vision with opportunity. Kristin’s background in communications, operations, and strategic planning gives her a unique ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that drive results.
Prior to joining OVID, Kristin led high-profile projects in the education, energy, and economic development sectors, managed multi-million-dollar marketing and outreach campaigns, and supported national organizations with strategic communications and operations planning.
Based in Tallahassee, she and her husband are nearly empty nesters to three kids and share their home with two cats, a dog, and a rotating crew of foster kittens. A proud Disney adult and FSU baseball fan, she brings the same focused, all-in energy to her work as she does to the things she loves outside of it.
