She oversees daily operations, finance workflows, vendor coordination, onboarding, HR and IT coordination with The Southern Group and partners. Michele builds clear processes for time tracking, expenses and clean invoicing, and she keeps internal documents current so new hires can hit the ground running. Known for relationship building, clear communication, and fast follow-through, she turns moving parts into a reliable, repeatable rhythm that supports OVID’s clients and team.

Michele brings more than two decades of community leadership, including service as Advisory Council Board Administrator for Big Bend Hospice in Jefferson, Madison and Taylor Counties, as a board member for Jefferson County Recreation Park, and as an appointed member of the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness. She led a hospice office renovation from funding to completion, spearheaded facility improvements at the county park, and helped launch the first Pre-Adolescent Program at Valley Psychiatric Hospital. Michele lives on a farm in Monticello with her husband and enjoys renovating houses, long walks, bike rides, and exploring new places with her family and beautiful granddaughter, Magnolia Pearl.
